Class 1 (Chimney)

CLASS 2
Used in either an older house, where the existing chimney has been lined by a proprietary steel flue, or a newer house with a steel flue built-in. This chimney type can be identified by a 5” (130 mm) diameter flue and a steel flue terminal. Pre Cast Flue
Modern houses, built later than 1960, often have a pre-cast concrete chimney system, which is identifiable by a rectangular box section flue and a terminal, as illustrated in the picture. Pre-cast flues can only be used with specific gas fires and you cannot install a solid fuel fire. An increasing range of gas fires suitable for Pre-Cast Flue Chimneys have been developed over the last few years. Gas Flue Liners - From £350.00
Stainless steel flexible flue liners are designed for lining an existing flue or masonry chimney. Gas and oil flexible flue liners are manufactured out of single strip 316 grade stainless steel and are designed for atmospheric gas and kerosene appliances where the flue gas temperature does not exceed 260°C. |
MultiFuel Liners - From £499.00
Stainless steel flexible flue liners are designed for lining an existing flue or masonry chimney. Multifuel flexible is a twin skin chimney liner designed for gas, oil and multifuel, where the maximum flue gas temperature does not exceed 600°C. There are two grades available, 316L and a higher grade of 904L which is suitable for the extreme conditions found with coal based solid fuel installations. |
Twin wall systems From £700.00
Twin wall Flue has been specifically designed to meet the requirements of multi-functional applications for a variety of fuels.
The system provides an economical and robust twin wall insulated stainless steel chimney system offering high material specification, design, manufacturing quality, thermal performance and ease of installation. It is suitable for negative draught conditions where the maximum continuous flue gas temperature does not exceed 450°C (550°C Intermittent) and is soot fire rated at 1000°C. Where used on wet or applications requiring a positive pressure capability, such as condensing appliances, This product can be fitted with an optional elastomer seal. The elastomer seals are fitted at each joint and provide a positive pressure capability of up to 200Pa at a maximum flue gas temperature of 200°C, offering full condensate resistance. Twin wall flue is available in six internal diameters, ranging from 100mm to 250mm, and consists of Lengths, Fittings and Support components. Each chimney element is fabricated with a fully welded 316L (1.4404:X2CrNiMo 17-12-2) stainless steel inner liner and a grade 304 (1.4301:X5CrNi 18-10) outer case. The 25mm annulus between the two walls is insulated with a high thermal performance auger injected mineral fibre to a mean density of 250Kg/m3. |
All flue gas carrying components are joined together with a simple push fit joint with the male end providing a slight taper to ensure ease of installation, while the 30mm of engagement offers a strong structural joint.
The joint must then be finished with a Locking Band, which is included with the component. Application Twin wall is designed to be used both internally and externally as a fully supported structure, and must be installed in accordance with National and Local Building Regulations and Standards. |

Euro cowl mini anti downdraught pot hanger rain cap - £140.00
The Eurocowl mini hanger is designed to cure smokey fireplaces and stoves by combating down draught caused by turbulent wind conditions. The one piece assembly made from 316 Stainless Steel attaches direct to your flexi liner and is available in both 5 and 6 inch varieties. Fitted with snap clips and fixed by two sets of jubilee bands, an easy installation is assured and reduces time on site.

Windkat Cowls - From £195.00
We highly recomend windkat cowls if you have struggled with most anti downdraft cowls they are expensive but they do garantee to solve the problem Windkat is available in a variety of popular sizes to fit most flue pipes, chimney pots and chimney stacks. Windkat for Chimney Pots comes in 6 popular sizes from 125-296mm and is installed by slotting into the top of the pot. Simply choose the Windkat size that is 1mm to 10mm smaller than the internal diameter of your pot, thereby ensuring a snug and secure fit. We include a tube of heat resistant silicone to seal the fit. We can manufacture Windkat to virtually any size by special order.
